Bought a Motherboard - was told incorrect information about the return policy
Hello,
So I recently bought a motherboard and other items from Microcenter earlier this month. When I checked, out I asked about the return policy and period and was told by the cashier that it was 30 days. I've come to learn that the return period on motherboards specifically is 15 days, not 30. I think there might have been some confusion because some of the other items that I purchased along with the motherboard have a return period of 30 days. However, because I was sick shortly after buying this motherboard, my window for returning this motherboard has closed. Is there anything that can be done here?

Greetings, I see you were in contact with our email support and they were able to offer an extension on the return period to you.
