I created an account to purchase an item, and once I had ordered I never received any order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. Am I able to do something about this? Thanks.

Yes, I received a charge on my payment method. When I check my account for the order, I see it is completed, but I never received any confirmation or tracking numbers.
Never mind, the emails were sent to a different email address, thank you anyways!
