I have a few recommendations, one being the 5600 id recommend getting a 5600x or a 5800x bust for that power that will laster you a few years longer. Also for your 3060 id look for a 3060ti aswell I heard the plain 3060 is great but the ti gives it that extra boost it needs.
Looks like everything is totally compatible.
There's a very small difference between the 5600 and 5600X. If you aren't intending to play around with overclocking there's no need for the X model.

The build looks good overall. You may want to get the newer Corsair Vengeance PRO SL ram, since they have better compatibility with Ryzen. The kit on your list is the Intel XMP designed kit. That being said, they may still work. I would also recommend talking to your local Micro Center's BYO sales associate, in case they have some other suggestions for you when you're ready to make your purchase. They might have suggestions or substitution ideas for you.
