Can Micro Center help me build a PC for a prison?

I am in a unique position to purchase a mini tower PC for a prison that I am involved with.

I need a standard mini tower running Windows 10 or 11; it cannot be a laptop.

512 GB or 1 TB SSD

16 GB RAM

4 (four) HDMI ports; it can be two dual-HDMI cards or a single QUAD card

Blu-Ray DVD ROM drive (internal or external)

I need Microsoft Office Home/Student PRE-INSTALLED and registered. This PC WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE INTERNET, so I need Micro Center to pre-install Office

Since it will not have access to the internet, it will not require security software such as ESET.

This PC will be used for chapel services and will be used primarily for Power Point displays and videos shared between multiple rooms in the prison chapel. It will not be burdened with anything like gaming.

I will need Micro Center to ship it directly to the prison; I cannot deliver it myself as there are concerns about anyone installing rogue software.

Can it be done?

Hey @gkclark1953 I'm honestly unsure, I know they will assemble your gaming pc if you would want but honestly, it sounds like just buying a pc with all these specs would be the easier route, you could probably get away with sticking Microsoft Office on a flash drive and putting it on this computer while its not connected to the internet to get it installed.

Greetings, if you stop by the store, we can typically arrange shipping at time of service as long as it is pre-paid for. You'd just need to come in and work with service directly to set up payment for this.
