Has anyone delt with the Westbury Microcenter Rebuild section recently?

I dropped off my "old" pc off to get it all swapped into a new case last wed. was only aloud to pay the dianos fee 39.99 and could not pay up front was told it would take a day or 2 and would get a call or txt from the tech who would be doing the work. well its now monday at 8;05 pm end of day 5. wanted to know if this is normal. i thought i would not have the time to do it myself but this took longer then i thought and feel the 299 build fee is a little much with this kind of service honestly. but please let me know

Hello, looking into this, I do see the service department was in contact with you earlier today in regards to this.
