I don't usually use much graphic programs other than making YouTube videos. There is a software I want to purchase and trying to find out if it is compatible with either my laptop or my sister's. We both have an HP laptop. The minimum requirements for it is Intel HD Graphics 5000. (The recommended is NVDIA GTX 760) My computer has 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1195G7 @ 2.90GHz 2.92 GHz . Does this meet the minimum? Also, it requires OpenGL ES 3 driver. I'm not sure if it's included on my Intel. or if it is compatible for me to download. I also have Windows 11. My sister's computer has less RAM than mine, but she doesn't have many photos on her computer and doesn't do videos, so she has more open disc space. She also has Windows 11 and her GPU is Intel (R) Xe graphics i7-1195G7 @290 GHZ 2.93 GHZ.
Greetings, the 1195g7 processor would have the Intel Xe graphics built-in, so yes it would meet the minimum requirements and the processor supports up to OpenGL 4.6 so that would not be a concern either.
You can view more detailed specs about the processor here on Intel's website https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/217187/intel-core-i71195g7-processor-12m-cache-up-to-5-00-ghz/specifications.html and OpenGL support information here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005524/graphics.html
Thank you so much. I've been searching for this information all last night and this morning and couldn't get any real answers.
