Returning Refurbished PC without Original Packaging
Bought a refurbished PC. After about 4 days of minor use I started getting a 'hard drive failure imminent' message. Any tries to diagnose were just met with errors. Ruling it a hardware failure. I started the return online and it tells me I need the original packaging. Since I bought this for my grandma out of state I left the box there when I brought it back. Can I still return it without the box?
