Is there a way to cancel an in store pick up order?
My credit card was accidentally charged twice and I tried to use live chat but it is offline right now.

Greetings, in-store pickups are automatically cancelled after 3 days if not picked up.
I can send over a note to the store to see if they will cancel that ahead of time, all that would be on your card for a pickup at Tustin would be a $1 temporary hold as full payment is done in-store and that will drop off after a few business days.

Hello! That's okay this happens all the time! Technically there is only a $1 hold on your account for both of those "purchases" and not the full amount until you pick up and purchase it. Otherwise, typically the orders will fall off within 3 days and will refund your $1 hold after this.
