looking for advice on my first pc build

Options

I recently just started to build my own pc, I want something that can run games well but i'm not a super intense gamer so I guess I don't want to build an overkill pc. I've never built a pc before so most of these recs are from friends, i'm just not sure if its too much. any help/ advice on the build is greatly appreciated :)

thanks!

here's the link to my build

Greetings, what is your intended budget for your build?

    Just a few comments:

The newest 12600 i5 is probably better than the prior gen i7 and they get really awesome reviews. You'd have to pick a different motherboard that has socket 1700 but there are DDR4 versions so that same memory is good.

That SSD you picked out is the old SATA kind. Any current motherboard will support the newer m.2 kind and those are about 10x faster.
