How do I fix the sound from my computer playing into my discord call.

I have tried my options to fix this but none have them have worked.

Go into your sound control panel. Windows + R and type: mmsys.cpl
On the recording tab, see if the "Stereo Mix" is enabled. If so, disable it.

Not many folks use them, but if you have any Virtual Audio Cables installed they might be messing with your audio as well. I've had that issue in the past when working with VACs.
