Hello, I have been using an elgato stream deck ive had for a couple months that has just crapped out on me. Unfortunately dont have the receipt still and was wondering if there is a way i could access a copy to go through the warranty service. I was unable to see any of my orders through my account order history even though ive provided phone number at every purchase. Please help!
