No Order History or Confirmation Email

I placed an order earlier today for a custom PC build, but never received an email confirmation with my order number. I also don’t have anything in my order history for my account. Is this normal for a purchase that is made for pick-up in store? I know the order went through because I see the pending charge on my credit card, but I don’t have any way to get any actual information regarding my order.
