Asus X570-Pro RED CPU Light On or White VGA Light On

Just Bought all the componets to my own PC

Corsair 4000D

Ryzen 5800X 3.8

NZXT Kraken X53

G.SKILL Ram 16GB

850W PS

Using an RX580 Temp

ASUS x570-Pro

My Issue is that I can get anything to show up on the screen. The Red CPU light is either on or the White VGA light is on what do I do?
