New computer build with mother board X570s aorus elite ax with f4 bios. machine is up and running with no issues except no available wifi. no hardware showing up looking for some help

Hi Newlyn,

Just got a few questions. Are the antennas securely connected to the motherboard? I know you mentioned you are on the f4 bios, have you tried updating the bios to the latest, as well as the latest drivers for the board (Listed under the support tab on the manufacturers website for the specific board)

I would wager one of the above, specifically updating the WLAN drivers may assist you, but if you're still having issues, Bring it into the shop and we may be able to help you out in the store

Ray thanks for the help. was able to update the bios and the drivers. we are up and running.
