Network RTT Delay

Hi! Recently I have been facing an issue of Network RTT Delay in activities such as games. Moreover, the graph labeled 'Network RTT Delay' displays sudden spikes occasionally, being extremely irritating. If anyone reading this has any suggestions or advice to resolve this issue, please let me know. Thank you.

Do you have a modem/router and a gateway? If you have a modem/router, remove the router from the loop and see if the issue persists?

Thank you for the advice. However, the issue still persists. I will most likely just resort to ethernet compared to wireless WiFi.
