Did they forget about the customers that made them. Denver Micro Center gets a big bat F for customer service.
I had a similar issue with the Houston store and online support, I ended up having to put myself in a hole financially to replace a PSU that I could have warrantied. Be sure to leave appropriate public feedback wherever necessary.
