I visited the St Louis Park, MN Microcenter for service (August 1, 2022 @ 3:00pm) regarding my HP Envy laptop since i had a failed lithium battery. I received the consultation, paid the $39.99 fee and requested that the new battery be acquired since there were none in stock. The service person was unable to generate a job ticket, but assured me that I would receive an email as soon as the ticket generated. He attached a copy of my payment receipt to the top of my laptop. I have not received any email from Microcenter regarding this order. Please email me a confirmation number so that I can monitor progress on this order.
