Building New Gaming/Streaming pc. Plz help i’m new at this.

My budget: 2k-3k 
I’m going to be streaming apex and other games like escape from tarkov there will be more games but those are the most intense games i run my pc is just started to lag and just getting old. If anyone has any suggestions to what kind of pc to build or even a prebuild that is pretty decent i would appreciate it plz and thank you!!

That's based on AMD. Do you have a preference regarding AMD or Intel? AMD is a pretty good bargain right now as the next generation is expected to come in a few months.

Do you have a preference for what case size or do you need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc? I did not include any of that stuff but if your budget is 2k-3k then there's plenty of money for those parts left.

Hay thank you all for giving me grwat tips, i think im going to stick with intel intsead of amd because ive heard alot more problems with amd on escape from tarkov. Could anyone give me a decent build i can stream and play on medium/high settings thank you all!!

The i5 12600K is supposed to be the Intel sweet spot for gaming right now.

At 1080p resolution, a 3070 is supposed to get around 200fps playing Tarkov on high settings. I don't have this game myself so I can't attest to that. Anyway, the total was only 1800ish so you can go up to either a 3070Ti or 3080 easily. You still didnt mention if you already have a monitor or need one included in this budget.
