Can someone else return my item for me?

I have already started the return process and have the QR code printed out for the return. If I am busy working and unable to get to the store to return an item, can I have someone else bring in the return for me?

Greetings, yes, someone else can return the item for you as long as it is within our return policy. For a credit/debit card purchase, the card will need to be presented in-store to be able to make a return.
