Purchased a dell alienware monitor back in May 2022, and an issue has come up so I went to the dell website and it shows no warranty for the monitor. When the monitor is supposed to come with a 3 year warranty. Does anyone know why it didn't come with a 3 year warranty?

Manufacturers in the US are required to provide warranties for their products, even if it's refurbished, it will usually have a 90 day warranty. At this point, if you didn't get a replacement plan from us, then you would have to contact the manufacturer directly to get an answer for your question. Try reaching out to Dell via their support, with your model, receipt and Serial Number.

Dell (Alienware) does offer and support a 3-year manufacturer warranty for this monitor!

Greetings, you can check warranty status online with Dell at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us?app=warranty by entering your monitor's serial/service tag number and verify if coverage is showing or not.
Sorry for the delayed response. Sorry I did try to get it done months ago. I bought 2 monitors, 1 from Dell and 1 from Microcenter. The Dell one works perfectly and shows it as a green checkmark saying registered. The one from Microcenter shows on my account but wants me to register. It wants me to download their dell app but it doesn't work for a monitor as it seems to be more for their laptops and just fails on install. So I'm stuck with it being on my account but not really registered and I'd like to get that resolved.

The serial I see tied to your purchase history with your email address shows a 3 year warranty on Dell's website, to verify/register it to your account specifically, you would need to want to speak with Dell directly as I am not seeing an incorrect warranty date on this.
