Mother Board + CPU + Power Supply

I have a Asus Prime z590-p Socket 1200 DDR4 -2400 CL17 ram + Intel CPU i5 -11400 and Rog Strix 850 W Power Supply. It turns on except the USB Key Board and Mouse. I can't seem to find the issue. Can anyone give me some insights, I 've been building gaming pc for Music, Photography, and other large applications.
