Looking to build this in around 2 weeks. Wanting 10 fans total, 3 from AIO, 7 separate or is that many overkill? I see most builds with the Corsair 5000X have 10 fans. Was considering Lian Li case fans but unsure how well they would work with the ICUE software. Most parts are still within their return period besides the cooler, any feedback appreciated.

Case: Corsair iCUE 5000X RBG Mid Tower - $145

Case Fan: Corsair iCUE ML120 RGB 120mm 3-pack - $105 (Haven't bought yet)

Case Fan: Corsair iCUE ML120 RGB 120mm 3-pack - $105 (Haven't bought yet)

That motherboard model takes DDR5, I am pretty sure. You might want to confirm before mistakenly buying DDR4 memory.

The H150i Capellix comes with 3 RGB fans already, so your two 3-packs might be too much?

    Hey,

Your motherboard is not compatible with your ram. You need either a DDR4 motherboard or a DDR5 kit of ram to work with the motherboard you have selected. iCue is proprietary software that only works with Corsair RGB products. Corsair ML120s are normally used for the radiator. The LL20s work as case fans better. That being said either will work for either purpose, just not as well. I don't see an operating system on your list. Don't forget to get one if you don't already have one.
