Inland PLA
I'm new to 3D printing and everything is going great except for the spool which is tangled within the spool. Every 5 hrs I have to stop printing, pull out a few yards from the spool, detangle and reroll. Why is the roll tangled in the first place? Is this typical of this brand? I don't trust it for big projects or to leave it alone.

Greetings,
Do you have images of what's happening with the spool?
-
I put a fresh spool on and only took it off to detangle which was about every 5 hours. I'm using Sunlu now and haven't had a problem but I like quality of Inland better.
-
I just had to throw out yet another half-printed piece 4 hours later. Same tangle.
-
I just gave it one more chance and it failed after 45 min. Apparently the whole spool is tangled. I don't think I can trust Inland. I don't like wasting money and time.

No other comment? This was recommended Microcenter and it was horrible.

Hello, I'm sorry, unforunately response time may vary on these community forums as this is not monitored full-time currently, were these rolls purchased in a Micro Center store or online?
-
At Microcenter St. David.

How long ago was the filament purchased from the store?

If the PLA doesn't seem to be working for you, we do handle Inland products in-store so I'd suggest to bring it in within 30 days of purchase so we can take a further look into this at your local Micro Center store.

Just to add, there are complaints on Amazon that are exactly the same. The type of entanglement is extremely unusual.
