3D printer Ender 3 pro firmware.

My MSI RTX laptop can not find my Ender 3D Pro printer. The printer has the micro USB. And it’s firm ware is supposed to have the bootloader.

The printer screen comes on when I connect the two, but the computer doesn’t recognize the printer.

I have been able to down some 3D apps (Cura) and my Lizard scanner software. But not Creality app for 3D printing.

Is my MSI computer compatible with Creality apps?

Thank you for contacting micro center. I do apologize you are having issues with the creality software for this. to make sure i understand this correctly you are trying to download the creality slicer from the creality site below. the slicer should download and install like other applications on the computer. for this it will be the .exe file near the bottom of the page
