Screen Protection Plan + DSE
Does anyone have experience with MicroCenter's Screen Protection and Dirty Screen Effect?
I bought a Samsung QN85A in July 2021 and the DSE has gotten worse over time. It's now noticeable when watching hockey and playing some video games.
My hope was to replace it for the same model or even return it and pay a little extra to update to the QN90B.
I purchased the 3 year protection plan but I'm not sure what to do. To be honest, I'm not great with confrontation and I'd like to avoid a hassle. After reading the service contract, I'm worried I may gst stuck with a worse TV.
If anyone has any experience acting on the screen Protection Plan, especially with build issues liked DSE, it's greatly appreciated.
