How long will it take an new computer to diagnosis?

I just set a new pc up and haven't install the windows yet, but have some blue screen issue, so I drop my new pc on Oct 10th, micro center says it will take a week, and I went there on the 18th, they haven't start yet, on the 24th they finally start check in for me, on that time is already been two week since I drop it off, and two days later I still didn't recive any massage from them to talk about the process about the dianosis, so does anyone know how long do they usually wait for a diagnosis?

How about the St.Louis Missouri one, how long does diagnosis take in their, I have alrady wait for two week, and the pc haven't active the windows, I think that should take that long, is almost 3 weeks since I drop off, even the service status says drop off on 10/10/2022 estimate on 10/13/2022, even after check in is still in second process, their were three more too go, i'm not sure is that's how diagnosis usually take?

Unforunately I wouldn't have exact information for one of our stores, it would vary dependent on store staffing and the amount of computers checked in for service. If you have still not heard anything about an existing repair, let us know and we can look into this further.
