Most likely a failing fan bearing, having the audio would certainly help with that. The system has a 1 year manufacturer warranty, we'll replace a failing PSU under that warranty. Try to post the video again.
That's definitely the fan in the PSU. Replacement would be covered under warranty. Upgrades are always an option, it would be at cost of at least the PSU itself. I would speak to service for more details.
You can make an appointment or just walk in with the system to get this taken care of. With what we're hearing it sounds like the fan is just barely contacting something inside the unit. Or the bearing is wobbling enough to cause it to contact something it shouldn't. Danger is if the fan seizes, the power supply will fail quickly, but it shouldn't damage the system and either way it's under warranty. I would take care of it as soon as possible though.
