Rgb fans not working properly powerspec g470

I'm having an issue with my back and front fans rgb not working properly, the cooler works fine just nothing else. If anyone's had a similar problem or could provide some ideas I would appreciate it.

The chassis has an independent ARGB controller than can be toggled manually or synced with the board. It sounds like the controller isn't synced with the board. Press the "M" key on the front until the colors match. Easier to do this if you set a steady color first, then everything should work normally.

Thanks I actually didn't know that. First actual gaming pc with that and never thought about what the "M" and "C" on top did. Again thank you.

Completely unrelated question to the topic but, should the fans on my gpu be running or do they just sit idle? (This is the first good pc I've ever owned so I'm kinda new to these parts)

It's temp controlled. Under I believe 50C they won't spin. They may spin when the PC powers on, but will stop once the system POST's. Expect them to almost never spin unless you're in a game or doing something else that puts load on the GPU.
