I activated my New Customer Coupon but never used it, is there any way I can have it reset?

I tried to use it months ago thinking it would last until my trip this weekend not wanting to forget it. I didn't know the coupon would only last a few days.

For coupons, we are currently running ads through various social media platforms and they appear based on the platform’s system.
