How do I upgrade my stream

I’ve been streaming off my Xbox series to the twitch app I’ve noticed even when I stream 1080p the graphics are bad. My WiFi is really good and I don’t want to lower the resolution to 720p because it’s even worse how so I make my stream quality more better ? I was told a capture card will help

Yes, a capture card would help, especially if you build a streaming computer with alot of CPU cores.
