Laptop repair status

Hi,

I dropped off my laptop for repair at the North Jersey store in Paterson NJ on Oct 23, and last text that I got from the store repair was about the diagnosis result and repair quote. When I asked for a repair status code so that I can look up repair status online, I was told I should text the same number for update. After a week I tried to get an update for the status and texted the same number a few times, and there was no response. Is there any way I can get an update for the repair?
