Edit and Correction: OK, despite the misrepresentation in preview. I got the email confirmation and the destination is San Diego. Yay! That's good but the other issues I brought up stand.
I ordered an item that I wanted shipped to a family member in San Diego.
I added the ship-to address and left mine as the billing address. The order preview showed it shipping to San Diego but when I hit order it said it was shipping to me!?
There is no ability to cancel at all.
Laughably help said to chat with customer support. There is no chat service!!! What a joke.
Thanks, MC for screwing me. By misrepresenting the ship-to preview, then by having no way to cancel. Once you order it's set in stone.
I generally really like MC but this soured me on it. The online order and support part of the biz needs some serious repair effort. Maybe look at how Amazon does it for starters.
