I am in the process of doing a desktop computer build. I have shopped twice at the North Jersey retail store and have my receipts but I cannot pull up the orders on the system nor can I add the orders manually using the order number information on the receipts that were emailed to me. How can I get assistance with getting this corrected? This is extremely important to me because I will be doing more purchases as time goes forward to complete my project and I like being able to pull up my old orders for reference.

The orders are within the date range specified. They are all recent, within the past month.
