hey! i just received my lian li o11 dynamic mini case, I ordered a new one, and it seems to maybe be an open box? its missing the hardware and extension bracket for atx motherboards.Its also definitely has some damage. Id like to exchange it for a new one, but when i look at my orders, it says outside of return window? i just ordered this passed week and just received it today.Im not seeing anything to initialize a return or exchange. Any help is appreciated
