IS online Chat dead?
Turn off AdBlock, and tried disabling my antivirus(Malwarebytes) for a bit. the cursor changes but nothing happens when I click the button.

No, online chat isn't dead, you need to scroll down in the help center to see the "Chat with a Live person" button. If your button doesn't work when you click the cursor, try Opera or Firefox or try using Microsoft Edge.
