Lost my receipt

I had bought a kraken z73 rgb cooler a few months ago and I would like to exchange it because it became defective. I have lost my receipt but bought the protection plan. Is there any way I can get my receipt?

There is a way you can still retrieve your receipt and purchase at the store when you go in to either return or replace the cooler. When you purchase a protection plan the cashier should of asked you for a phone number atleast. They should be able to pull up your transaction with your phone number, email, address and/or name.

Sometimes the serial number is collected for NZXT coolers so that may be a way they can find it too. If you have never signed up for a micro center account and tied your phone number you wont be able to see it in your account. Sign up today with your phone number so you can pull up your receipts.
