If it's me, I would cut down budget on motherboard/psu and add it to gpu. rtx3070 for a $3000 build looks ridiculous to me and common people, but well, it's your choice

EVGA is out of the video card business so you may need to pick another brand/model unless your local MC actually has a few left in stock. I have that mb and it is fantastic. I suggest something like a 6800XT or similar to go with it unless you're just set in an nVidia based card.
