Aio Swap

I thought it was time for an Upgrade so I bought a new aio cooler and replaced it my old one everything went well it booted up and it was good but after a few seconds my screen went black and I couldn’t do anything so I proceeded to turn my pc off from the power switch and I did so then I rebooted my pc again and this time I brought me to the bios after being in the bios I exited out and it showed me a screen where it says “pro series” “please wait” I did that and after 5 minutes it brought me to a blue screen where it made me choose my language and I pressed English and it brought me to a troubleshoot screen and a turn off your pc when I press the trouble shoot screen it gives me 6 options 

“Startup repair” 

“UEFI Firmware”

“Command Prompt”

“System Restore”

“Uninstall Updates”

“System Image Recovery” 

I don’t know what to do after this and I don’t want to follow YouTube videos because I feel like I’m going to make things worse I just need help

See if you can do a system restore and roll it back to a hopefully saved image.
