Can you go just a few bucks over 700? lambdaben's list is good except if you use this video card instead there is a huge difference and will last longer into the future: ASUS AMD Radeon RX 6600 Dual Dual-Fan 8GB GDDR6 PCIe 4.0 Graphics Card - Micro Center
However that makes the total $705, plus sales tax in your area.

I thought about using that card too, but I changed it when I went over budget, but @magarity is correct, the 6600 would be a better choice if your ok with going over budget.
