How do I talk to a live person or chat with someone about missing item (Online Order)

Hello, I'm not sure where to post this but since the "chat with a live person" button doesn't work, and there seems to be no phone number to call, I'll post this question here.

I did submit a 'email' through the website, but I did not receive confirmation so I doubt it was never received.

I ordered 2 QTY of the fan below but only received 1 QTY in the box

  • I was able to get this resolved by just trying another computer and I was able to get the chat window to popup. I went back on the original PC and It has to do something with Malwarebyte's browser guard. Once disabled the Ads/Tracker blocking, the chat window is accessible
