Need receipt for my protection plan

I bought a laptop with a 2 year accident protection plan in August, but I lost my receipt and I didn't have an account at the time of purchase. When I created an account with the email and phone number I originally provided there was no history of the order. The only proof I currently have is my bank statement. I don't need to bring in my laptop but I would like to know if I can get a copy of that receipt?

As long as you have the serial number, we should be able to pull up the receipt of your purchase.
