The 10400 needs a motherboard with socket 1200 and any 400 or 500 series chipsets. From the Microcenter home page, select 'Products' then 'PC Parts' then 'Intel Motherboards'. After the lists of motherboards comes up, on the left, select socket type of LGA 1200. The two chipset options are B560 (budget friendly) and Z590 (high performance). Any of them will take a 10400. If you are not getting the 'K' version of the CPU then go for a B560. The Z590 are for overclocking and such.

No one here can know if you need a new case because you've neglected to mention what case you have now. If your case fits standard ATX motherboards then no, you won't need a new case.

Any 2060 graphics card will go in a PCIe slot and all the motherboard choices will have one of those.
