I recently bought and put together a pc from Microcenter. I turned it on and it booted up. Started to install windows 11. It gets to the part where it needs to install updates from the internet. This is where it says it detects NO wifi or ethernet cable.😑 The board has built in wifi. I tried a ethernet cable but still not internet. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. It just stuck at that part. I looked into the bios and the wifi is enabled.
Why is the pc not detecting the internet? Please help me.😥
Oh the motherboard is a ROG STRIX B550-F Gaming Wifi 2.

With 22H2 Microsoft requires an internet connection for setup. From the OOBE screen press Control + Shift + F3 to enter audit mode.
Download your drivers here from a second PC here: https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b550-f-gaming-wifi-ii-model/helpdesk_download/
Install the drivers in audit mode. Once you're done, press "Ok" in the sysprep box. Defaults should be OOBE and reboot. Should be able to connect and set the PC up normally from there.
Thank you, Mike! It works! I got the internet working. Thank you so much!
