Every now and then my Internet (Ethernet), Keyboard, and Mouse - or some subset of these - lose connection for maybe 10 seconds. The internet one happens especially when gaming. This happens multiple times a day and sometimes my whole PC just randomly restarts. I have tried getting off Ethernet and it did not help. I also opened up my PC and cleaned and secured everything. All my drivers are also up to date. I have:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
Video Card: MSI GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 8 GB GAMING X TRIO Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair RM (2019) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
One time after my PC reset I went into my logs and found this:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.
Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Hierarchy Error
Processor APIC ID: 1
I have had no issues until the past few days. My PC temperature is fine. My PC is about 2 years old.
Hi,
It is possible that you have a CPU or Motherboard issue. One or both might need to be replaced. I recommend bringing your computer into your closest Micro Center and drop it off for diagnosis. That is the only way we can know for sure.

First thing I'd test for her is a power saving feature creating issues. Try setting yourself to the high performance power plan. Also, what BIOS version are you on with that board?
