Do PowerSpec prebuilts that are returned get wiped before they are put back on sale? I have looked at potentially purchasing one, but was curious if they are put back into a "new" state from a data / hard drive perspective before they are resold. Thanks!

Hey there,
Yes, they do. The service department wipes and resets the PC before they are resold as open box. :)
