Hey, I was wondering if you guys can get in contact with the store I’m near about my service repair to see if there was any developments, it’s passed the estimated date and I just wanted to check to see everything is good.

I called the store multiple times but no answer, I just wanna know how long this is going to take, it has been days without any update, no respond.

Greetings, I'm seeing the estimated contact date for an update on your repair was yesterday based on your email address, have you gotten a contact from them at this time?

Actually yes, I called yesterday morning and they gave me an update, they had to switch out a part and order a new one since my PC is still under warranty. Everything is good but I may come back if I’m having trouble contacting them again to resolve the issue. Thanks for replying.
