Cancel Online order
Hello. I need to cancel an online order but the live chat is offline. I'm making this thread in hopes someone can catch my order before it ships.

My apologies, but I see that this order has already been processed for shipment. I will send a request to our shipping warehouse to see if it is still waiting to be picked up by the shipper, however, if we are not able to pull the order you can refuse the delivery or return it once it is delivered.

To follow up on this, I do see this was able to be cancelled successfully before shipping out.
