If Microcenter assembles my pc do I need to buy thermal paste and what kind of guarantees do I get?
Or what if there's a problem getting everything into my selected case?

Most new CPU cooling solutions come with thermal paste already. They will post test any build you have through us and if anything doesn't fit or work well, the technician who is working on your build will contact you at that time.
