I placed two online orders and initially I could see the details in my account. Now they are both gone and I have not received an order confirmation email for either. Can someone please assist?

    It appears these orders were placed outside business hours. Confirmation should have been sent to you during business hours, and tracking information will be emailed to you once the order does ship out.
