Missing order confirmation and missing products not shipped

I just got 5 of the 11 monitors I ordered and not sure where they other 6 are. I never got an email for my order confirmation but I can see it on your site. -removed by Admin-

Looking into the order, it appears only 5 were available and the rest of the order was cancelled. I am seeing cancellation orders were sent to the email placed on file on January 2nd.
